Mark Bullen, Principal @ Gramercy Advisory Ltd, has 30 years Financial Services Industry experience, responsible for delivering critical services to, and building long term trusted relationships with, many of the UK's largest companies and well known brands.

With over 15 years as a senior business leader, Mark has built and delivered sustained growth, with particular emphasis on Commercial and Governance Development. 

"I've always been interested in business, whether running my own or leading and advising others.  My interest is in seeing organisations thrive, flourish and be their best selves, for the benefit of all stakeholders.  However, sometimes the best ideas in the boardroom fail to engage at all levels, some of the challenges do not produce workable solutions due to time or focus constraints, and yet more get pushed aside due to perceived risk or change impact. 

Having a good plan, and great implementation, is critical to success but appears so often to not be possible. Organisations recognise that, for the future vision to be delivered, there is a requirement for robust decision making, focused implementation, and courage to challenge.  With the increasing permanent headcount challenges, and the war for talent, organisations need to invest wisely in both the innovation, and the transformation.

I've experienced failures and successes, really appreciated the former and enjoyed the latter, and have learned much from, and am proud of, both.
